If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or for whatever reason, You no longer want this product within 30 days after receiving it, you may contact us for a return and refund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.

（2）When returning your package, please make sure the item is in good condition with all accessories inside. Affix the return shipping label that we provided to the package, ship it to the address our customer service sent you.

（3）PayPal refunds may take up to 24 hours to process and appear in your account.

5.0 out of 5 stars I love everything about it - except it was missing one nut for the final screw.

Much nicer and sturdier than I had hoped for. Looks great. Arrived in perfect condition.
Only issue is it was missing a nut for one of the screws and I didn’t have one to match. But I did find a similar screw with nut in my junk drawer in the garage, so got lucky. Used it on the back side, so no one will ever notice it doesn’t match.
And other reviews were right about peeling plastic. The six panels were covered - on both sides - by a clear protective cling film. Took me almost an hour to peel it all off, as it kept shredding apart as I peeled it.
Only took about ten minutes to assemble after that.
And the rubber edge cover I had to redo a couple times as you have to just slightly stretch it as you put it on or it ends up too short to go all the way around.
But once I got it finished it looks great and is incredibly sturdy. Such a great raised bed for the price.
I’m using it to plant a peach tree in, to raise it above the ground level of our clay soil, to improve the drainage. Perfect raised bed for such a project.
