Terms of the Aoodor return policy
Aoodor takes quality seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return an item, please see our return policy and instructions below.
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Free shipping: Aoodor will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all aoodorshop.com returns. Please contact customer service to get.
- Aoodor only accepts returns and refund requests for items purchased through aoodorshop.com. For items not purchased from aoodorshop.com, please contact the place of purchase to review their return policy and procedures.
- Items returned without our authorization will not be accepted.
We are not liable for these issues:
- Items are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals.
- Items are assembled/disassembled, used, washed, altered, damaged and without original tags attached.
- Items are damaged by misuse, mishandling, poor maintenance or natural uncontrollable factors (heavy rain, snow, storm, hurricane etc.)
- Items are lost during delivery after the customer takes it upon themselves to contact the shipping carrier to change the address without our authorization.
Aoodor reserves the right to void refund or return that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond “normal usage”, as deemed by our professionals.
Important Notice
When receiving the product, the following situations exist:
- Missing parts: The product received is missing accessories.
- Wrong package: The product received is completely different from the ordered product.
- Damaged on arrival: The product received is defective or damaged.
Please contact our customer service immediately and provide the order number, relevant photos or videos, customer service will give a solution based on the actual situation.
Exchange Policy
Aoodor supports exchanges. If the customer is not satisfied with the color of the product received and the product is new and unused, the customer can apply for an exchange. The exchange shipping fee is borne by the customer and is non-refundable. Please be sure to read all important information (including size, color, etc.) before placing an order. Please contact customer service and provide specific information before applying for an exchange or if you need any help.
Note: Exchange requests without our authorization may not be accepted.
Return Procedure and Refund
- Please contact us at support@aoodorshop.com to get a return shipping label. Submit a return, clear pictures or videos, and shipping packaging to ensure a return is accepted.

When returning a package, please ensure that the item is intact and includes all accessories. Attach the return shipping label we provide to the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service.
- After Aoodor receives and verifies the product and determines that the product meets the return requirements, the refund will be sent to the credit/debit card issuing bank within 7 business days. (If the product is discounted or on sale, we will only refund your actual payment. )
